Find a comfortable, quiet spot where you can relax and be undisturbed. You may wish to have water, a journal, or tissues nearby.
💛 3. Begin Your Session
We’ll meet via Zoom for your 60-minute session. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s present for you using Clinical EFT, Coaching, and intuitive guidance. This is your time — safe, supportive, and led by your pace.
🌙 4. Integration & Reflection
After your session, you’ll receive simple follow-up tools — like guided meditations, journaling prompts, or EFT setups — to help you anchor the shifts and continue your growth.

You can continue your journey with additional sessions, group circles, or courses designed to deepen your self-love and transformation.
