I created Mirror & Mystery as a sanctuary for transformation — where ancient wisdom meets modern healing, and where you’re gently guided home to yourself.

Through tools like Reiki, EFT, meditation, life coaching, and spiritual counseling, I help people peel back the layers, reconnect with their truth, and step into the next version of their life with clarity and courage.
