Your Questions, Answered

  • Each session is a supportive, one-on-one space where we slow things down and work with what feels most present and relevant for you.

Sessions typically include intentional conversation, nervous system–informed support, and—when appropriate—Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or tapping). The process is collaborative, paced, and responsive to your needs.

  • Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a gentle, evidence-informed method that combines focused attention with light tapping on acupressure points on the body.

It can help reduce emotional intensity, calm the nervous system, and shift long-standing patterns in a way that feels both practical and supportive.

You do not need any prior experience with EFT for it to be effective.

  • No. Clinical EFT is one of the tools I use, but it is never forced.

Some sessions may include tapping more directly, while others may focus more on conversation, nervous system support, and reflection. We work with what feels appropriate and helpful for you.

  • No. Soul Aligned Energy is a coaching and nervous system–informed support practice, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

This work can be deeply supportive, but it is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

  • People often come to this work when they are experiencing:

    • anxiety or chronic worry

    • emotional overwhelm

    • self-doubt or inner conflict

    • life transitions or loss

    • stress patterns that feel hard to shift

    • a desire to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves

  • That depends on your needs and goals, but many people benefit most from working together over more than one session.

Because this work is relational and cumulative, I often recommend beginning with a 3-session package to allow space for deeper shifts and integration.

  • At this time, I primarily work with clients in packages rather than one-off sessions.

This allows the work to unfold with more steadiness, depth, and continuity.
