Soul Aligned Energy

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

If you feel anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted—even when life “looks fine”—

there is a gentle, powerful way to come back to yourself.

A simple, no-pressure conversation to see if this feels like a good fit.

You don’t need to be fixed.

You need a space where you can safely feel, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Maybe you recognize yourself here…

You may be:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted

  • Carrying a quiet sense that you’re not doing enough—or not enough

  • Stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift, no matter how hard you try

  • Holding stress in your body that doesn’t fully let go

  • Questioning yourself more than you trust yourself

  • Feeling disconnected from who you used to be—or who you thought you’d be

You may look capable on the outside…
while something inside feels strained, tired, or off.

And part of you may be wondering:

“Why do I still feel this way?”

What begins to shift…

As we work together, you may begin to notice:

  • A calmer, more settled body

  • A quieter mind and a kinder inner voice

  • Emotional steadiness, even in situations that used to overwhelm you

  • A growing sense of self-trust

  • More space between what you feel and how you respond

  • A gradual return to yourself

These shifts don’t happen all at once.

They unfold gently—often in ways that are subtle, but deeply real.

The Science Behind Clinical EFT

If you’re unfamiliar with Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), you may appreciate a brief overview of how it works.

This 14-minute video explains the research behind EFT and how it supports nervous system regulation by reducing the physiological stress response. Many people find it helpful to understand the science before beginning.

Watching is entirely optional — our work together will always move at your pace.

How this work happens…

This is a relational, paced process—not a quick fix or a rigid formula.

Our work unfolds through intentional conversation and nervous system–informed approaches, including Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping).

We begin by creating a sense of steadiness in your system. From there, we gently explore patterns such as anxiety, self-doubt, inner conflict, or life transitions—working directly with what arises, at a pace that feels manageable.

Clinical EFT is used as a supportive tool to reduce the emotional and physiological charge behind long-standing patterns.

Sessions close with grounding and integration, so the changes you experience feel embodied rather than just understood.

About

Soul Aligned Energy reflects the integration of decades of meditation practice, professional coaching, and nervous system–informed approaches.

My work is shaped not only by training, but by lived experience—navigating chronic worry, long-term stress, and the process of finding a more steady and compassionate way of being.

I offer a space that is calm, grounded, and deeply human—where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.

This work is both personal and professional—and it’s offered with care.

What clients experience

Brittany B.

“David’s sessions are warm and welcoming, creating a safe space to talk, unpack deeper challenges, and even find moments of lightness along the way.

The work has helped me move through things I’ve wanted to change, while strengthening my confidence in my ability to do so.

I’ve also developed a deeper awareness of what I feel in my body—something I now bring into my relationships with my daughter and students when they’re having big feelings they can’t easily express.

Clinical EFT is something I would truly suggest everyone try, even just once.”

Alesheia J.

“David, thank you for your authenticity.

I’ve been coming to understand my spiritual path after years of internal confusion and suffering that I couldn’t fully articulate. There was always a quiet sense that what I knew didn’t quite match what I was experiencing.

Through this process, I’m beginning to trust that confusion as part of discovering my true inner nature and learning to follow my intuition.

It’s been quite a journey—learning the difference between who I am and who I think I am. I only wish I had access to this kind of support earlier.

There is something about your openness that creates space for others to be open and authentic as well. You have a kind and gentle presence that feels genuine and deeply supportive.”

Lindsay J.

“Before working with David, I often felt like a victim in my own life—out of control and unsure how to change my circumstances. In my relationship, I felt powerless and didn’t have the confidence to speak up for what I needed.

Through our work together, I began to reconnect with my own sense of agency and found the confidence to express my wants and needs more clearly.

David’s ability to listen—both attentively and intuitively—helped me become more aware of how I was showing up in my life.

I had a vision for my life and my relationship, but it once felt far away. Now, I feel more aligned with that vision and able to actively move toward it.”

Jasmine H.

“Before working with David, I felt stagnant and unfulfilled in both my personal and professional life. I knew where I wanted to go, but struggled to move forward.

Through our work together, I began to recognize patterns that had been holding me back and found the courage to make meaningful changes.

David supported me in reconnecting with my spiritual foundation, and from there, things began to feel more open and possible again.

I’m deeply grateful for his presence, guidance, and partnership in this process.”

This work may be a good fit if:

  • You value steady, sustainable change rather than quick solutions

  • You experience anxiety, chronic worry, or internal tension—even when your life appears stable on the outside

  • You are moving through a life transition, loss, or period of emotional strain and want grounded, consistent support

  • You want a calmer, more respectful relationship with yourself

  • You are open to reflective conversation and approaches that support both your mind and your nervous system

If you identify as spiritual or religious, we can also explore how those beliefs and practices connect with what you’re experiencing.

This work is collaborative and intentional. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system while remaining gently forward-moving.

This Work May Not Be the Right Fit If:

  • You are looking for rapid symptom relief without engaging in deeper, ongoing work

  • You are not open to exploring your internal experience with honesty and curiosity

  • You are currently in need of medical, psychiatric, or crisis-level care beyond the scope of this practice

If you’re unsure, we can always begin with a brief conversation to see whether this approach feels aligned and appropriate for you.
