Clinical EFT combines gentle tapping on meridian points with guided emotional support. It’s part somatic, part energetic, and completely transformational. By honoring what lives in the body, you can gently release the old and make space for the new.

When self-criticism or old wounds keep you from feeling enough, EFT helps you gently release those stuck emotions. Through guided tapping, you’ll quiet the inner voice of "I am not enough," or “I should be further along” and replace it with compassion, self-acceptance, and ease.

With Life Coaching, self-love grows as you honor your truth; happiness follows as you live it.

Life Coaching provides a safe, focused space to ask the deeper questions: What makes me come alive and my heart sing? How can I create a life aligned with joy? Together, we’ll move past obstacles, clarify your vision, and take compassionate steps toward the life you desire.
